IMPORTANT TO know !
1. IF THE WEATHER IS BAD
Excursion departures are dependent on the weather conditions and the number of
passengers. If the weather is bad or there are not enough passengers, we have to cancel the trip, and we will refund the amount paid.
2. IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE TRIP
You can cancel the reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure, in which case we will refund the amount paid for the reservation – if you cancel the reservation after that time we will retain the amount paid for the reservation.
3. BE THERE ON TIME
It is necessary to arrive to the boat 20-30 minutes before the start of the trip.
4. BAR ON THE BOAT
On our boats there is a bar where you can buy cold drinks and snacks.
5. CASH ON THE BOAT, CARDS IN THE OFFICE
In our office payment options are cash and credit cards. On the boat and at the stand next to the boat, only option is cash.
6. CHECK!

7. BOOK IT ON TIME!
We recommend you to book the trip on time – in July and August, due to the big interest, it is necessary to make a reservation a few days in advance.
8. IF WE DO NOT FIND DOPLHINS
In case we do not find dolphins on Dolphin Watching and Dolphin Watching – early morning trips, you have the right for a free trip that you can use in the next 20 days according to your free time and according to the available places on the trips.
On all other trips there is also the possibility to see dolphins, but there is no guarantee and there is no possibility for a free trip if we do not see them.
